Ingredients:
- 1 cup bajra flour (pearl millet flour)
- 200 grams paneer (cottage cheese), cut into cubes
- 1 cup yogurt
- 2 tablespoons gram flour (besan)
- 2 tablespoons mustard oil
- 1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon garam masala
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder
- Salt to taste
- Lemon wedges and onion rings for garnish

Instructions:
1. Prepare the Marinade:
- In a mixing bowl, combine yogurt, gram flour, mustard oil, ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, coriander powder, cumin powder, and salt.
- Mix well until smooth and lump-free.
2. Marinate the Paneer:
- Add paneer cubes to the marinade, ensuring each piece is well-coated.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to blend.
3. Prepare Bajra Coating:
- In a separate bowl, mix bajra flour with a little water to make a thick batter.
4. Coat the Paneer:
- Remove marinated paneer from the refrigerator.
- Dip each paneer cube in the bajra batter, coating evenly.
5. Skewer and Grill:
- Thread the coated paneer cubes onto skewers.
- Preheat a grill or tandoor. Alternatively, you can use a stovetop grill pan.
- Grill the skewers, turning occasionally, until the paneer is cooked and slightly charred.
6. Serve:
- Garnish with lemon wedges and onion rings.
