Ingredients:
- 1 cup Bajra (pearl millet) flour
- 1/4 cup rice flour
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 green chilies, finely chopped
- 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1/2 tsp red chili powder
- Salt to taste
- Fresh coriander leaves, chopped
- Water (as needed)
- Oil (for deep frying)
Instructions:
- Preparing the Batter:
- In a mixing bowl, combine bajra flour, rice flour, chopped onions, green chilies, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, cumin seeds, red chili powder, and salt.
- Add chopped coriander leaves and mix well.
- Gradually add water to form a thick batter.
- Frying the Pakodas:
- Heat oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat.
- Drop spoonfuls of batter into the hot oil, taking care not to overcrowd the pan.
- Fry the pakodas until they are golden brown and crispy on all sides.
- Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.

- Serve hot bajra pakodas with green chutney, tamarind chutney, or ketchup.
